Only needed one impression and then I kept getting emails of needing more. Process took a week just to get impression approval to mail off for the trays.

If one of the impression is compromised we have a backup another set to resort to. I was extremely impressed with the price of Alignerco. I got the nighttime aligners. I have been happy with Customer Service, although sometimes it takes a bit for them to answer emails. I did have trouble with making the impressions of the aligners, and had to go through that process twice. That was frustrating, but they did help with online video sessions to assist. I have not completed my aligner treatment yet, but so far, everything is going well!
