Had a great experience with AlignerCo, you definitely need to have some discipline to follow the process but I am currently using the retainers and everyone including me are surprise of the results and I got many compliments on my smile! I have referred this company o my sister and brother-in-law who just sent their first impressions as well.

What can I say? I’ll just do a pro/con list, after that, you can decide: Pros: 1. They work 2. Convenient (as you don’t have to go to a facility to get checked) Cons: 1. Ele is not a real person but a cover email for multiple people. 2. They don’t work all the way 3. Some of the steps are very uncomfortable or don’t fit 100% causing pain to the gums. 4. Customer service is HORRENDOUS. They ask you to send shots of your teeth and the step number every two week. They respond that “you’re on the right track” but most times they send the wrong step. For example: “Thanks for sending images of step 5. it has been determined that you’re on the right track.” However your email to them states, “see step 11 attached.” 6. Cost doesn’t always determine value, but in this case, it is highly apparent that you get what you pay for. UPDATE: the company stated they didn’t have my contact information yet they both emailed and called me. SHADY PRACTICE ALERT. Wish I could screenshot and upload but this site won’t let me.

Scam! Horrible customer service. Everyone you talk to is named Elle, but they are all obviously different people or possibly bots. If I could give 0 stars I would! Instead of solving problems they continue to charge you to fix their mistakes. They messed up my first set of aligners (they said the molds were compromised, but sent the aligners anyway) and charged to charge me $200 for refinement aligners when my treatment did not come out the way they promised. After weeks of arguing with them, they finally agreed to send me new molds and aligners. I swear they just sent me seven sets of the same exact mold, because my teeth did not move whatsoever. They weren't even tight putting them on every 10 days. I was religious about wearing them and changing them out, and no change at all. Every time I sent pics I was told that my treatment was "on the right track". Again, they want me to pay $200 for refinement. I think they mess them up on purpose to keep collecting money. I'll add that they send absolutely no instructions with any of it, so you're left guessing. They didn't tell me to keep the retractors from the first kit, but they never provide any more. They don't tell you they have virtual tutorials for making the molds until you mess up the first time. If you mess up on the molds, they charge you for more putty and for shipping. A year and a half later and a set of refinement aligners later, and my teeth look nowhere near what they projected. If you tell them that, they'll just give you some BS about being within 20% of the projection (even if its way more off than 20%) and try to charge you $200 for more refinement aligners. SCAM. RUN.

I 100% regret not going with one of the more reputable brands. Not only did everything along the way take months longer than they said it would, but their customer support people are inept. They will not take your concerns seriously, you will have to pester them to get answers to your questions, and you will have to pay more at the end of "treatment" if you want your teeth to be anywhere near as straight as their "treatment preview" shows. The biggest reason I sought treatment in the first place is one specific crooked tooth I've always been insecure about. When Alignerco sent me my initial treatment preview, it didn't show that tooth being corrected, so I DID NOT approve it and asked for it to be changed. The 2nd preview did show that tooth being fixed, so I approved it. Jump to the end of treatment where my teeth are as straight as they're going to get, and that one particular tooth is still in the exact same crooked position it always was. It did not move AT ALL. Going back to look at all the aligner steps along the way, where you can see the gradual shifting positions of the teeth, it's clear that there was zero change in that tooth's position. I expressed my concerns to the support person, waited the usual weeks for a response, and was told I would have to pay $200 for a refinement since only 90% of expected results are guaranteed to be achieved. I wrote back and said sure, I get that and would happily pay it if 90% of my results had been achieved. But that tooth did not move 90%, it moved 0%, and it had been clearly communicated as a main objective for treatment. After waiting more weeks for a response, they say all they can do is give a slight discount on the refinement. I ask to have my case forwarded to someone who can actually do something about my concerns. Wait more weeks. Another repetitive useless response. Ask again to speak to someone who can help me. They say someone will be in contact with me within 48 hours. After 2 months (!!!) I ask for an update, and get told the same old response about paying for a refinement. Pay a bit more and go with a company that won't jerk you around.

Ele answered all my questions about aligners vs. retainers & the retainer package that is offered at the the of purchase. I'm looking forward to getting started. :)

At my 57 years of age I decided to straighten my bottom teeth that were a little crowded, and my top teeth milded crooked, after researching online, reviewing recommendations I decided to go with this company, because of the lower price, reviews and service which I'm glad a did. The service, communication, timely, quality of their product made a wonderful, pleasant experience. Making the end result as I expected. I would recommend this company to anyone without a doubt.
