ALIGNERCOReviews of alignerco.com

Harry was quick and efficient at getting my impression complete. I highly recommend using the free video for guidance while making the impressions.

Very happy with my experience with Alignerco! The process was easy and it was super convenient to be able to do everything from home. They provide very helpful support thru video and walk you step by step thru the process. Jay was great at making it simple and being very helpful throughout the process. Satisfied with my results - thank you!!

Too slow. I ordered over two months ago and only now are they starting to manufacture. Worse, it’ll be another three weeks before they ship my aligners. Really, three months?! A quarter of a year?!

I recently used this service, and I’m very satisfied. The technician was great at helping me through each step of the dental impression process via the video call. Their clear instructions ensured I got an accurate impression of my tenths. This service is convenient and effective. I highly recommend it!

5 STARS for FANTASTIC customer service. Specialist, Jay Smith, walked me through the video that takes you step by step in making the impressions of your teeth. He was patient, calm and kind. From the start, working with Alignerco has been awesome and I look forward to completing the rest of the process with positive results.

Jay Smith - he helped me with my Impression Kit and made it super easy to understand. He is a great asset to Alignerco!

I have been waiting on my aligners since APRIL! APRIL! It is not september and all i keep getting is hope from them nothing is certain. Everytime they give me a time frame they never stick to it. I have been constantly lied to and disappointed. They told me they were working on my aligners for an entire month and never even got started. They told me my impressions were perfect and waited until the month was over and I kept calling to then inform they were not workable. And instead of giving me another kit when they first found out, they didn’t tell me anything and let me wait an entire month thinking my aligners were going to come. They told me a month ago my aligners were going to be shipped in three weeks. It is now been four weeks and I have yet to receive an update or tracking details on when my aligners will be shipped. then to even find out not all the liners will even be shipped together, so I have to wait again during the process and hopefully they’ll make that quick but most likely they won’t. If I could give this company less than one star less than negative stars, I promise you I would, because they are the worst company I have ever worked with. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they act like that’s not even what I’m saying they just ignored their request entirely. I’m so tired of waiting out. I told them I want to move to another company. I don’t care if it’s more expensive you guys it is not worth it please just choose the more expensive way this cheap way will have you waiting for a year and have nothing. I wrote I wrote a review months ago, which prompted them to finally speak to me about what was going on, and finally ship a set of retainers to check if that would be my teeth size but even after that and having my measurements I’m still waiting for an entire month with no update yeah, I cannot urge you enough stay away. signed- Mary

I sent a payment through PayPal then changed my mind the next day due to a friend who works at an orthodontists office. She said it’s not safe without X-rays to make sure the jaw bone is healthy enough. She said all dentists say stay away from these businesses. I canceled within the time frame for a full refund, 24-48 hours (yikes! Such a short time frame!) Once that happened I got nothing but resistance from ALIGNERCO. They spent the next 4 days begging me not to cancel. I stood my ground and said I want a refund. I recorded every call. They finally said it will take up to 12 business days to get it back!! (It took 1 day for them to take it out of my account) Those 12 days didn’t start when I cancelled on 8/27/24 they started 4 days later when ALIGNERCO finally gave up and said I’ll get my money back. It got so bad I had to file a dispute with PayPal. I wouldn’t recommend this company. See a local orthodontist for X-rays. You’ll need a panoramic xray and a Ceph xray. Don’t go with this company. They can move your teeth but your teeth may be mobile after that and not grow the bone back to the jaw if you’re not a good candidate for it. That means they can be lose permanently. Trust an ortho dr in person. Not the company begging for patients. I still don’t have my refund btw. If ALIGNERCO would have been more professional and gave me a refund immediately I wouldn’t be giving this bad review. Note to the boss, stop begging! When a customer says they want their money back give it to them immediately!!
