This place has been a nightmare from the start try to cancel in the beginning and they didn’t accept it so I went through with a treatment followed the directions did the 22 hours as I was supposed to my teeth are still not straight now they wanna say that it’s another $200 for another treatment which they guaranteed the first treatment that my teeth were gonna be straight, which was a lie now I’m arguing to get a refund which they’re saying they can’t give me a refund. It’s been nothing but lies from them highly do not recommend going through them. Definitely just out to rip people off. I definitely wouldn’t even give him one star but I have no choice.

The representative, Stacy Johnson, I had my second video visit with was very helpful and gave clear instructions. Everyone has been very helpful. The process is taking much longer than what was led on because their appointment availability is not great. The wait times are very long. I am hoping my second set of impressions is accurate

These people and this company are incompetent and it's a scam. I never received my aligners, still had to pay. Total fraud. Go with reputable brand, not this bunch.

purchased these aligners last year, and after just a few months of wearing them, my lower teeth shifted even more — to the point where I couldn’t even close my mouth properly. When I reached out for help, all they told me was to restart the treatment from the beginning. There was no real resolution or personalized care, just generic advice over Zoom. The fact that everything is done virtually makes it incredibly easy for serious mistakes to happen — and that’s exactly what happened to me. My teeth are now worse than before I started. This treatment might work for some people, but if you run into any issues, don’t expect proper support or accountability. Honestly, you’re better off going to a real orthodontist in person. These virtual aligners can absolutely ruin your teeth if something goes wrong, and no one will take real responsibility for it.

It did take a few weeks to get a video session scheduled due to availability, so I recommend booking your appointment as soon as your initial kit arrives to avoid delays. I had braces in the past, but now that I'm in my 30s, my jaw has started to shift slightly, causing some changes in my teeth alignment. I'm really looking forward to receiving my first set of trays and seeing my perfect smile return!
