I received my kit in just a week. As soon as you receive the link to set up a video appointment, I would do that immediately as sometimes they are booked out! But I had a great meeting with Harry Smith and he provided clear instructions and was so patient. I was happy to hear my impressions turned out well. Just go with the flow with this company, I don't understand the negative reviews because even if you have to redo the impressions, it's for your benefit to have the best results. Just be patient, it takes 5 weeks for your aligners to be created. This is well priced and having the video training is a good addition.

So far the process has been fine. I order my Aligners awhile ago but have had to do the impressions kit multiple times. Eventually they had a “senior associate” lead my session and I got workable impressions. I mailed them back yesterday, but got an email saying they will review and determine if they are workable. We will see.
