I wanted an aligner from this website. The process was ridiculously long. They sent me a putty to make impressions with help from them via webcam. Impressions still did not come out as they needed so they tried to charge me for more putty even though it was not my fault as I followed as they guided me through the webcam. After this I asked for a refund and they refused. They attempted to send me 2 hours away from my house to go get impressions which is not convenient at all. The whole process was very lengthy and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Always willing to help but they're also always trying to upsell you. Message to reorder one retainer and they're trying to talk you into 8 and each time you decline there's a better offer lol

Ele was really patient as I went through the decision process and sent many reminders to help me get started. He answered a lot of questions! Then Jennifer also was so great with the video appointment. In addition, when I had an issue, I spoke with Aaron who also resolved my conflict quickly and in a very acceptable manner. Overall great customer service!!

It took me four long months since June to start my treatment after I paid the full amount back in February. The delivery of my aligners is painfully slow, with each shipment to Canada taking 3-4 weeks, feeling like they’re coming from Asia. They seem to prioritize sales over prompt delivery for paying customers. My experience has been exhausting and frustrating because I had to call them multiple times to chase for my items.
