9/3 update: It has been nearly 4 months since I purchased the NightAdvantage aligners (May 19th) and still have not begun my treatment. They have extremely long customer service response times, their "video experts" are delayed out by weeks, and when I did finally receive my first week of aligners, they did not fit! Due to numerous reasons, I requested a refund on 8/26; their automated response said they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours, but still no response. I have just submitted a claim with the BBB to get my ~$1k back from this company.
