First treatment did not fix my one teeth and now want to charge me for a second treatment the aligners push my gums down exposing my teeth more my dentist suggests to cut my teeth I will need a surgery to fix my entire mouth they don't stand behind their product would not recommend this service.

Very slow to respond and ship out- takes over a month to get product even if it’s just retainers made… if your retainers break- they want you to buy a whole new plan to fix “lapsed time”… I have bigger spaces in my teeth now and looks worse than when I started! There’s plenty of other companies.

Great service clear and precise instructions, would recommend alignerco to anyone looking for retainers.

They were really helpful during video sessions and usually answered my questions fast through emails. I did one treatment already and now just need to do a refinement treatment to get my perfect teeth alignment. Looking forward to it!

I'm finished with my treatment now and overall I'm happy I did it. The results are not 100% but still very good. For the price, it was definitely worth it. However, I won't give 5 stars due to the slow and frustrating process to get the treatment started. Even though the service was great up until the impressions were taken an shipped, it seemed like the lost interest in sending the product once they had my money. The first aligners were promised in a few weeks but it took several months and many talks with their customer service bot (which is a pretty food bot in fairness). I lost faith many times and thought I had been scammed. When the aligners finally arrived, they were well made and good quality, however.
