Not many complications and straightforward process

Alignerco is a very unprofessional low budget company. Once I started reading all the negative reviews I decided to get a refund immediately. They kept giving me the run around and finally after the 11th email or so, they issued a refund minus a 76 dollar fee for absolutely nothing…. I lucked out I guess by cancelling on time, so please read the reviews. A lot of their customers are complaining that the aligners are cheaply made and it messed up their teeth.

Worst experience, I wish i could give them 0 star. Scam company Worst worst customer service I just wasted my money and didn’t even use the kit. I mentioned my issue , their customer desk told me to buy again their plan. SCAM SCAM
