Reliable and dependable

The company is doing well. I am satisfied.

DHL was a complete nightmare All Packages were still sitting in delivery depot for a months with no movement or updates on why some of the packages were lost or sitting in depot for months Dhl has to be the worst shipping company ever.

It's good in selling on Goat

Owe me heaps of money, heaps of hidden fees, As a power seller, The service has gone significantly downhill and I would rather sell elsewhere. I have a dedicated support person who gives me false promises and ignores me, I have been left on read 7 or 8 times in a row now regarding the refund of fines I should not have received(I was promised a refund now am being ghosted), thanks Keith. Also their courier service in Australia, they changed a few months ago to cut costs, takes an entire month for payout, 1 MONTH!!??? Absolutely crazy, considering how much money i’ve given you guys in fees, you could have had the decency to not palm me off the cheapest courier service in Australia. Bring back DHL, deliver your false promises and you can continue to take my fees.

Alias is a great platform to sell sneakers and clothing on. It has healthy competition between other sellers and the processes are easy to navigate from posting for sale to time of sale. Also like the option to be ablento ship my items in or drop them off in person.

the hoodie is brand new, i’d like to see the so called scuffs but they didn’t show me.

Fast and easy to use
