Alias is the Worst company ever..PLEASE DO NOT USE ALIAS or GOAT .They only care about the profits they make .And they do not care about the customers at all .Worst ever experience.

Terrible experience equally as bad Stockx or worse. The fact they charge you 9.5% commission fee for all orders on top of a $5 dollar charge to sell on each order, they are very reluctant to each issue they have on your product. I get my apparel/supplies from legit stores or even the direct store that these apparel come in and I put it on here they say its not authentic. Then they charge you $15 dollars to send back and another $15 for it not being authentic but wont even tell you what the issue is or images, just not authentic is their to go to word. No matter how high of a seller score you have it does nothing for these problems or lower your commission fee. So why even add seller score in the first place?

2 Shoes scammed, 2more camcelled I am a seller on alias This week i shipped two bulk orders and each one i got told there was a missing shoe. When writing support i just got told its my fault etc. Each i got a penatly of 10 dollars Another bulk shipment was camcelled after i sent the shoes, after that i also got charged 10 dollars each The support told me i sent them to late and then provided me a tracking link to a random shipment of ups (i sent with dpd) Stay away from alias as they do what they want and keep your shoes

Fraudulent to the Core! Sold a genuine pair of Yeezy 500 Utility Black, only to be falsely accused by Alias of them being counterfeit. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, they refused to reconsider their decision. It's an absolute disgrace that this app is unable to distinguish real from fake products. I will definitely be taking legal action and strongly advise anyone considering using it to exercise extreme caution.

Le site ALIAS alias.org est une grosse arnaque ! Expérience sur 2 ventes chez eux la première, on me pénalise, car le transporteur n'a pas livré dans les délais et on annule ma vente alors que je ne suis pas responsable 2ᵉ vente en cours, cette fois livré dans les délais, mais depuis 5 jours, on me dit que ma vente a un problème sans me donner plus de détail, malgré mes demandes par mail, on me dit juste, je serai recontacté, en attendant, je n'ai pas mon argent, ils ont ma paire authentique avec facture d'achat en preuve. Ce site n'est vraiment pas sérieux et fait tout pour vous pénaliser et vous payer le plus tard possible
