In business everything is supply and demand. Even in a weakening sneaker resell economy, alias group chose to charge prices higher than what sellers even list shoes, which is so disturbing, and forcing people to sell on instagram and eBay for lower fees. When I list a shoe for $100, why does it show up for an even more expensive cost on goat? You guys are double dipping and may pay for that down the line. Even the top offers on goat vs alias aren’t the same number. Greed has no boundaries, and eventually competition will get you.

I dislike the way verifiers have reviewed my order 926555636. I would like to inform you that it was same shoe sent to me directly by Nike. I can share the proof if for reference. Shoes were not discolored it may be possible of the lighting used for taking pictures. I would like to call out discoloration in the pictures shared. As of now I do not have an update when my shoe will be returned since ship back charges were already debited from my account.

Extremely delayed responses from customer service and only reachable via a single email address that replies with generic responses via an agent called “Donna”. Horrible service and I’m still trying to resolve an issue that started in January. My shoes are still lost and this company is trying to dismiss it and not take responsibility. I have now lost my shoes, my sale and also been charged extra fees on top of it.

Really bad customer service when there shipping service (puralator) has “lost in transit” they basically toss there hands in the air and won’t help you , Definatley find selling on stock X way better as they use UPS
