I wish I could give a big fat ZERO. My daughter ordered her prom dress in March, she sent several emails to the company asking for a status and they did not respond for weeks. My daughters prom is in two weeks and we just got a message stating that the dress will not be made in time for prom. I am pissed. Now I have to go out and find a dress last minute. Do not buy from here.

I purchased a dress for my daughter's prom and the dress was so beautiful but when she put it on i cried. It was amazing. The speed of service was A1,I've never ordered a gown and it came less than 2 weeks. So if anybody out there that's looks for something to wear for a special occasion trust me this the site y'all needs to be on cause I'm doing round 2 but this time momma is looking.....Birthday coming.....5star

I’ve ordered the Emerald Ozzie dress on March 26th, and my senior prom is this Saturday. And I even gotten the dress from the ready to ship side. I haven’t received any shipping updates or tracking information, and I’m getting really concerned since the event is just days away. I reached out on Instagram and via email, but I haven’t received a response since the first message. This is a really important event for me, and I need to know the status of my order as soon as possible. Please let me know if the dress will arrive on time or if there’s an issue.
