We always felt like we were at the first of the line in some remarkable place, being welcomed as a group of VIP's, or having an intimate dinner with our 14 best friends (even though we had just met them that week.) From your first phone call to the company to the farewells at the hotel or airport to return home, Alexander and Robert provides the ultimate in personalized professionalism to those who are fortunate enough to travel with then. They are the best at providing 50th wedding anniversary surprises in your room, knocking at the door with the right medicine because "you ate the wrong thing," or personally delivering the dessert you missed after you left dinner early. After we traveled with Alexander and Roberts several times, we did not want to travel with anyone else!

My wife, daughter and I made a December, 2018, trip to Finland as a private, Alexander+Roberts tour. We scheduled this tour with the intention of seeing the Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis. We had made a similar trip to Iceland in 2016 and were fortunate to see a dramatic, northern light display on that A+R tour. Unfortunately, we were not so fortunate on our trip to Finland, due to no fault of A+R, but due to a persistent cloud cover every evening of our stay in Lapland. However, All elements of this A+R private tour were first rate and seamless, including all accommodations and local tours!

My trip to Egypt had been big on my bucket list and nothing disappointed me. We had excellent, knowledgeable guides, wonderful accommodations, fabulous food and saw all the sights we could have imagined and more. I felt safe and pampered and it was like traveling with some very good friends even though we had really only met for the first time. I would recommend Alexander & Roberts without hesitation.

My wife and I have traveled twice with Alexander & Roberts, once to South America (Peru, Buenos Aires, Argentina) and the other to Middle East (Egypt, Jordan) and our experience with the company and it's representatives has been all you could have expected it to be. Documents provided have been prompt and informative. Questions have been promptly answered. On both trips we have been met and escorted through every phase. Guides have been excellent - reliable, knowledgeable, articulate, and accommodating. Accommodations have been comfortable and clean. . We have taken both tours as private tours due to our ages (80 and 85). All guides have been both considerate and accommodating, lending a helping arm when necessary, accommodating our pace, making adjustments as needed. Consequently, age has not been a problem. All-in-all, I can recommend Alexander & Roberts without reservation

I took a wonderful trip to Egypt in 2017 with my boyfriend. We had a breathtaking view of the Great Pyramid from our room at the Mena House Hotel, rode camels around the pyramids, saw the Egyptian Museum in Cairo with our fantastic guide Yasir, took a beautiful cruise on the Nile on the Oberoi Philae and saw many awe-inspiring temples and sights with our second fantastic guide Tarek, We were treated well by everyone involved with the tour, from the crew on the ship to the staff who guided us through the airport. A great trip from start to finish!

We have traveled 3 times with Alexander and Roberts and would not hestitate to travel with them again. We were in Tibet when the earthquake in Nepal happened and they did a fabulous job of rerouting us and providing us with a wonderful vacation even though we could not complete the original trip due to the quake . We traveled to Egypt and Jordan and Japan also. Overall- all very positive experiences . They are extremely attentive and willing to listen to any small issues and correct them. Their guides are very knowledge- meals included are very good. I would recommend traveling with this company anytime .
