HOLY LAND tour with customized trips to Cairo and Dubai. Exceptional in all aspects. Service more than met our expectations. Trouble getting e mail confirmation from Israel on flight to Tel Aviv from Cairo. Mohammad Mohammad our escort in Cairo stayed with us and worked diligently to solve problem. Covid testing was a hassle but A/R made all arrangements and it was handled expertly. We have already begun our next trip with A/R. Service and ability to customize trip ie truly exceptional!

Overall we have very much enjoyed the experience. It's up close to the five star level but not quite there, so gave four stars.

Kathy Rieger was an outstanding Tour Director. I sincerely compliment her performance and give her very high marks for the trip’s success. Both planning by A+R and participation by the travelers was a challenging experience under Covid-19 protocols. Through the years I have been a more independent traveler who has put more value on seeing the sights & experiencing the tourist benefits of a particular locale. Spending time at seated midday meals, ordering the food, and waiting for a group of 17 to finish and freshen up before reloading the bus has not been a priority for me. I am more a fan of something quick and simple that could be consumed on the go. I am guessing this approach would also be less expensive. Overall I enjoyed the trip. My primary regret was the arduous flying experience both getting to and returning home to Texas from Alaska. Thanks for all your efforts to make the trip a success.

Being on a single supplement, I appreciated: 1. A greeter at each location.. 2. A driver meeting me with a sign with my name. 3. A representative meeting me at the airport to make sure my check in was smooth, my baggage was checked in and that I had the proper visas ready. Hotels 1. Were extremely nice 2. However, I believe the Taj Dubai Hotel charge was way too expensive. $454 per night. On line the 3 nights could have cost me $691, total, instead of $1362 (not including taxes). 3. The Nile cruise was exceptional! Absolutely outstanding. 4. W Hotel and Marriott were great, as was the Kempinski. 5. Waldorf Astoria was too exclusive, Hilton would have been fine. Guides 1. Were absolutely outstanding; they were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Magid in Egypt gets special commendation! 2. There was no guide for the Wadi Rum trip, but thank goodness the driver, Fawaz, was so great and I invited him to go with me in the 4 x 4 truck; otherwise I would have been by myself. 3. Fawaz, the driver in Jordan was incredible; I was with him for 4 days and he was more than a driver, he was my guide. 4. Muhammed in Jeresh and Ms. Hend in Dubai were great! Tour 1. In Petra I struggled to complete the 3 mile walking trip, at night on a difficult path and then a full day at Petra the next day. Thank goodness, my driver, Fawaz, suggested I take a horse and carriage AND a donkey to the end of the Petra Valley the full day. 2. In Wadi Rum, the lunch with the Beduian family was so worthwhile. 3. The cooking class at the Petra Kitchen was a great experience!

The services were exceptionally good, although i wish the company would include all gratuities to tour guides, local guides and drivers on all tours and excursion.

Great and unusual itineraries. Impressive array of documents before embarking on the trip. The only improvement needs to occur: 1) with some of the local guides; the main tour guide and driver were fantastic. 2) More written literature and language cheat sheets needed for countries visited. 3) Smaller portions of included meals.

We really enjoyed our trip and the service was great. They took care of everything and were very accommodating. Woukd give you 5 stars but always think there's room to improve.

Drivers and guides were excellent, they made for a more enjoyable vacation. Issues with the airline and seats were our only negative. We will use this service again.
