Alexander + RobertsReviews of alexanderroberts.com

We are planning our fifth trip with Alexander & Roberts this next fall. We have found the quality of their guides to be outstanding which makes all the difference in the travel experience, especially in small groups. You can tell that A&R takes input from the guides and gives them the flexibility to make adjustments as needed.

Being immersed in the culture of egypt! The accommodations were beyond comfortable. We were treated so well by the company. Being met at the airport upon arrival was so helpful. The care and concern to get us to places in a timely manner were appreciated. All guides and personnel we came in contact with for Alexander and Roberts were great!

this was an outstanding itinerary and the people on the boat (Ocean victory) were wonderful

Overall great experience. My wife and I appreciated the knowledgeable guide who spoke excellent English. Tour was interesting--great hotels, fine food, and comfortable travel.

The greatest part of the "Italy by Rail" experience with Alexander and Roberts was the ease of having the framework of the trip already planned by my husband - from the chauffeured transports in Mercedes vehicles, to the complimentary breakfasts at the hotels, to the private tours of the Colosseum in Rome and the Academia in Florence, to the first class reserved seats on high speed trains, to the private gondola ride with a singer and accordion player.

My host, Taric, met me at the Cairo airport and whisked me through, and got my Visa, in minutes. He did the same thing for me when I departed. The relief of having an Arabic speaker get me my boarding passes and navigate the Cairo airport was priceless. The driver, Menin and my daily guides, Randa and Walid were great. I had a wonderful experience in Egypt, really couldn't have been better.

Itinerary was thoughtfully organized. Guide and driver were professional and attentive. Lodging arrangements were largely excellent, as were meals.
