Clothing StoreReviews of alexander-hampton.com

Ordered a coat for my husband, the coat advertised is not the coat that arrived. Material is inexpensive and shabby., DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE OR BRAND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

The sweater I received was way too big and not made up the material it was supposed to be made of. I had to email a picture to prove it was too big. And then I was to pay for the cost of returning it… And returning it to China, which would have cost as much or more as I pay for the sweater. This company is a complete rip off stay away they should close.

Not even one star! This is a cinese company actin as an American company! The products don’t even have the label on it with brand and composition. I have bought a pull in cashmere which is not even far from cashmere! Is not in the right size and is bot the right shape as I have ordered it. The customer service offer me 15% refund to keep it or the possibility to return that cost me more than 50€ of shipping! I have asked the return label and they didn’t get me this. This is completely a fraud!

I been trying to get a refund they keep asking me for pictures so I copied and paste send to them they keep telling me me for security reasons they can’t open all I want is to send these cheap boots that don’t fit and get a refund every one do not waste your time buying from this company

i ordered a leather Jacket from this store and although it took abit to arrive the quality and comfort of the jacket is amazing i have many other jackets that are more then double the price and none compare to this one.

False advertising!! The website shows you higher quality items, then they send you cheap knock offs. They are a scam company, making you think you're buying a high quality item, then what is received is an absolute joke. I ordered the Bellmore Orthopedic Slip-On Loafers and they're not anything like what is pictured!! Do NOT order anything from this website!! I reached out to customer service who gave me an option of a 15% refund and to keep their junk or ship back at my expense for a full refund. I can understanding being responsible for return shipping if item was as described.

Buyer BEWARE of this scamming company! These shoes are so cheap and poorly made they do not ship them in a box so they come broken and smashed. These shoes came straight from Temu they arent branded as alexander hampton. You would be better off screenshotting these and looking on Shein or Temu to pay that $13.00 instead of $50. If you ask to return for a refund they offer 15% off purchase price or you can pay $40-$50 to return the item to china. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! THESE SHOES ARE FROM SHEIN with a price mark up of $30!

Good service, although didn’t receive a confirmation but on contacting got quick and efficient replies. Quality of the sweater was really good. Always go one size more though.
