This company should be banned and more so ashamed of what they’re doing to paying customers. Terrible quality, no composition labels, no information about where the garment is made, horrific customer service, and impossible to return a garment without paying $40-$50 for shipping back to China. Do not shop here. I hope in 2026 this fraudulent company gets shut down to relieve the employees and consumers from its service and products.

They have no way of cancelling an order. I have reached out to them but have received no response at all.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this website. The product I received has nothing in common with what is advertised: completely different cut, poor fabric quality, incorrect sizing, and overall very low standards compared to the photos and description on the site. More concerning: the item arrived without any composition label, which is mandatory under EU regulations for textile products. This alone makes the product non-compliant and illegally sold in the EU. The website clearly gives the impression that the company operates from Great Britain, which is misleading. In reality, the product was shipped from China, with all the usual issues that come with it (quality, delays, returns, lack of accountability). Customer support has been unhelpful and uncooperative regarding the return and refund. Overall, this feels like a misleading dropshipping operation hiding behind a European image. I deeply regret this purchase and do not recommend this site at all.

How do they have more than 1 star? Never got my order and impossible to connect with customer service (if it exists). This site is a total scam. How can they be in business? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! … Update - 10 days later they came and my wife said, “I got the boots and they are made out of cardboard.” POTENTIAL BUYER - STAY away from this company!

Guess I got scammed. Haven't received what I ordered 3 weeks ago.

I could only laugh when my order arrived. This seller basically buys Temu stuff and sells them at astronomical American prices. I wondered why it took so long to receive my product.

12/27/25, 21:37 US Mountain Standard Time (-7 GMT). I just made 3 orders an hour ago. I want to cancel my orders right this moment, before they are packed or shipped. The website gives no link for an immediate cancellation option. I do not want to pay return costs, and I want my money refunded this instant.
