I ordered a $95 leather jacket, it came in totally fake, and the wrong fit. Though I bought it knowing it would be on me to returns, the disclosure doesn't mention we have to ship it back to China for 50% of the cost or more. They will offer you a percentage back then short change that as well. There is little to no recourse. I wish I double checked trust pilot before buying.

Ordered a sweater that was a very much oversized look on the website/model with wide neck, sleeves and bottom hem. When it arrived about 3 weeks later, it looked like I ordered a turtleneck two sizes too small. There were no tags anywhere to indicate the brand, material/washing instructions, sizing or price. When I reached out to customer service to return, they asked for photos of the item and requested it be sent in a certain way embedded in the email/not as an attachment (which I had to send 3 different times). Ultimately offered to keep the item with 15% partial refund or send it back (to China) for refund with shipping as my responsibility. I think I will just have to report this to my credit card company as I am sure this company is a scam.

Amazing I love it

It’s taken over a month to get a jacket I ordered. I had to contact customer service twice and they state free delivery but you have to pay to return something. Once something hits their warehouse you can’t cancel the order. It’s taken a slow boat and too much reaching out on my end for what I paid on this jacket. It feels like TEMU but a heftier ticket price! Stay away Note: I have been in communication with their support and this is all they have told me. Not sure why you are asking me to reach out yet again.

Don’t buy from this company. Just like everyone else, I wish I read the reviews before making my purchase. Shoes were purchased 2 weeks before Christmas with guaranteed delivery before Dec 22. Arrived Jan 10th. About 2 sizes to large. To get a refund they need to be shipped to China! Estimated return shipping cost is more than the cost of the shoes.

The shoes are super cute, I’d go up a size. I’m USA 8 1/2, I ordered a 38 it was tight! My bad, I should have ordered a 40.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We purchased a cashmere blend sweater as a Christmas present. Description and photos looked great. Took weeks, not days, to arrive. When we got it, we saw the quality was terrible...poor stitching, bad materials (certainly not cashmere), bad all around. Wrote back requesting refund. Website says customer is responsible for return shipping, but what they don't tell you is it must be returned to China...$40 to $50 postage, as much as we paid for the garment! No return address in the USA. Do not waste your money!
