WTF. How can these companies operate unregulated. It’s a disgrace in a modern world that we cannot filter out the scum that scam money out of the public that access shopping sites under the impression that you’re going to get what you actually paid for. There are enough revues that should invoke governments to deregulate the opportunity for these low life’s to operate. WTF. WTF. It’s hard enough to earn money and then to throw it away at these Chinese businesses scamming on a global scale with no regard.

This is the biggest SCAM cheap quality and a horrible company to deal with !!!!! Do NOT waste your time and money it’s total junk !!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and the quality was awful. They were kids shoes which obviously would not fit an adult size men’s 13 and they were advertised to be leather yet they were plastic. They offered me a 15% discount if I keep them or I can send them back to them for $50. This is a scam!!!!!beware

If I could give less than 1 star I would, worst buying experience ever. Boots took a month to arrive, when they did they were crumbled up in a foil bag and sent from a person in IL. not even Alexander Hampton. No info how to return or who to return to.

I wish I would have read reviews before I submitted payment. I ordered some suede Chelsea boots on Feb the 18th, it is almost March 18th, and I have yet to receive. To whomever responds from Alexander Hampton, I’ve already sent an email with my order number and was told because of Chinese New Year it’s a bit of delay. It went from 4-8 business days to this BS. It’s been a month and tracking show product still at china waiting to be picked up! Contacted support and no response . This is a scam reporting to BBB.

I bought a pair of sweatpants for my son for Christmas from Alexander Hampton. Three months later, I am still so upset about my experience that I am compelled to write a review. I ordered the sweatpants at the end of November 2025. Two weeks later, I reached out to them through their website and was told that the pants were on the way. Christmas came and went, and after a couple email exchanges with them, the sweatpants never arrived nor was I refunded my money. This business, is a complete scam. I wish I had known about trust pilot before I ordered. If I could give this business zero, stars I would.

I received a damaged sweater with loose threads and a tag that had been sown in at a the shoulder seam and then ripped out (which also took over a month to arrive to my house) and when I reached out, they want me to pay for return shipping to China. This is absolutely scam behavior and completely unprofessional I wish I would have never ordered from them
