Don’t order from this company. The shoes I ordered arrived in 6 weeks, not 5-10 business days. They smelled bad and were poor quality. I asked for a return label and they wouldn’t provide it. They asked for photos of the product first. Avoid at all costs!

I would give them a 0 if I could! Their site is so misleading. They sound like they are a US company out of NYC offering high end clothing. Says "ships in 1-2 days" They don't say it is coming on a slow boat from China. Took 6 weeks to get here. They sweaters were advertised as cashmere and they are cheep, stretchy almost like sweatshirt material -- loose threads, no tags on them. They are going straight into the trash! BUYER BEWARE!

This is literally cheap flimsy junk... Oh and return is at the client's expense and the cost prohibitive. The supposedly orthopedic shoes feel like bricks and the sweater doesn't look anything like the pics. Order took more than a month to get here. I had to ask for info from the customer service before the updates started trickling in. Won't order from them again

I recently wrote a review about Alexander Hampton saying my boots had not arrived after a over a month. Well they did arrive and very poorly wrapped in a plastic bag. No shoe box for protection. The smell of chemicals from them is so strong. And they were completely the wrong size. I can not get a refund unless I pay for postage to return them. As it is their fault entirely for sending the wrong size I think they should pay for postage. Dreadful company. Dreadful Service. Dreadful Quality.

I ordered a vest for an event at my kids school with the understanding it would arrive in 5-8 business days. It took almost 6 weeks. They don’t respond to your emails unless you give them a bad review, see their response below. When the item arrived, it was total cheap trash. It looked nothing like the photos. They offered a 15% discount or I could mail it back to China for $50, almost as much as it cost. I agree with previous reviewers that it’s beyond belief there’s not better regulations in the US to keep these fake, scamming Chinese companies from ripping off honest people. This is a deceptive website, “Alexander Hampton” implies an American (Western) company. But this is just another fake Chinese company selling garbage! What a scam. The world can’t deglobalize fast enough for me…

worst online shopping experience, never received my order, tried chasing them down for a refund, never got any response, every time i sent them an email they said they’d look into it and give me an update and not a single time they did. they never gave me a refund either

I ordered a product from Alexander Hampton recently and was very impressed with their customer service and the representatives. The product got caught in China waiting for a customs clearance. The agents with this company were on top of it quickly and communicated with me with a true concern for my satisfaction several times. I am still waiting on the product, but I feel the company has done its best to get the shipment to me soon.
