The boots are very attractive & well…
The boots are very attractive & well made. However the shipping from Italy took forever, and the customer service team was also slow to respond. I do love the boots tho!

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Such a shame. I had to chase and chase and chase and was eventually told that the boots had been stopped prior to shipping due to quality issues. There was no proactive communication and no real apology just messages to say that they normally ship within 5-10 days - which was just annoying considering it was over 10 days already and I’d had to keep messaging to get a delivery update when tracking was stuck at ‘label creation’. Maybe they should focus on customer service and fulfilment rather than advertising. I’ll stick to premium brands who understand the importance of customer experience

Hello, We apologize for the bad experience you had with us but we always reply to our customers in a timely fashion. There was a problem with your order #1738 which was delayed and we were trying to solve that when you decided to cancel. We received the order on December 20th and you advised us to cancel on the 29th which was 8 business days since we received the order. We cannot consider weekends, we can only consider business days. We did immediately canceled and refunded the order as per your request. Every premium brands has its own shipping policy so we have ours, and unfortunately for shoes and boots we do have longer processing times which is all explained in our shipping policy.
