I love my booth

I love my boots but the whole experience was not pleasant. I was charged right when I purchased but received no confirmation email. 2 weeks went by when I finally reach out to see if and when my boots would ship. I got a very strange response “ as per our shipping policy, we deliver to 5/10 working days (not counting holidays, Saturday and Sunday) from the order.” which I don’t understand. Then my boots arrived no email that they where shipped or expected arrival date. When they arrived the smells absolutely terrible like a very chemical small or like glue. I had to put dry sheets in them and let them sit out for a few days. I’m just very unhappy with the whole experience. For the price they need to step it up.

Obsessed with the men’s bell bottom jeans I purchased and have plans to get them in the other two colors now. Fit was perfect because the little stretch they have. The attention to detail in correlating packaging and black box it came in also just made unwrapping it a pleasure.

Unsurpassed quality of the merchandise… shoes and boots are exquisite and comfortable. I loved the colors of both pair. Jeans are very comfortable.

You should not send emails that goods have been shipped when they have not. It’s poor customer service .
