It could be due to a pre-order but a wait of 1 month is still a lot from my perspective. Packaging: Nicley packed with care. Quality: Excellent. No flaws and a great piece of work. I am still waiting on my order that was placed 1 month ago. 345 dollars for jeans that I still haven’t received but I have now gotten 2 requests for this survey. I did email about 2 weeks ago and was told that my order would ship by the next day. I haven’t received the jeans or any other correspondence.

I was overall very satisfied with the service. Just a more easy navigation on the website and a faster response from the customer service team would be great to have.
