These boots are just what I was looking for. Comfortable for all day wear; fitted to my ankle to wear with cropped boot cut and straight leg jeans. One star off for the price- not at all sure they are actually worth the $$$ but, I couldn’t seem to find what I wanted anywhere for less

The customer experience was wonderful and very helpful ! I appreciate all the email I received from my ordered! I’m fortunately the boots did not fit ! I’m a 12 /half in America the boots were two narrow for my feet which I did order a 45.5 but the still were too tight ! But I will decide one day to pass the on in the family ! I love your products ! So much I ordered a pair of sunglasses there amazing ! I appreciate your company and the quality of your clothing but I guess I’m a big boy in American size in boots ! I want to thank you again ! There was no measurements readily available on the site to ensure a proper fit. Upon recieving the item I did not like how it fit so I returned it. I recieved no email confirming that it ever got there. Upon reaching out more than 2 weeks later. I have yet to receive my refund when I was promised to recieve it by the end of last week.
