I had a great experience! I am mostly careful in buying online especially shoes as the fit is always a gamble! It’s nice to know that in that case an easy refund or change of size is offered.

It took a month to receive boots I ordered. They have good customer service as they responded to my emails. I like the product, but they’re shipping time is a bit misleading.
