I’ve used Alert 360 for years now just to monitor the alarm and they’ve been great. Recently we moved and decided to upgrade to the doorbell camera, indoor camera & driveway camera. The doorbell camera started off doing excellent by being super clear and picking up movement it was supposed to pick up. When they pushed some updates about a month ago the camera didn’t pick up any movement unless someone actual pushed the doorbell. We missed several package deliveries because of this. Then we had our doorbell replaced and it was blurry and then went off every minute. Super frustrating! We’ve had the doorbell replaced 4 times now. This one is clearer and not sure about the functionality of it so far since we just got it yesterday. The driveway camera has been decent but even if the clouds move and there is a shadow on the ground then it records. Trying to find a happy medium here. Oh on top of all of that our smoke alarm has triggered twice for no reason. The technician had to do some re-wiring. So at this point we’ve lost faith in their products and don’t feel like we should have to pay for them until they get their software working properly. ****update*** 8/9/19 Tech support came out and replaced the doorbell camera again and this doorbell isn’t any better. This one is still blurry. I think this is our 5th one now. It still doesn’t trigger when someone drops off a package because we got one today and it never went off. We were told we would get two months free since the cameras aren’t doing its job and we were still charged this month on our statement. Still very disappointed in their product. They still haven’t made it right.

Had connection issues with a New modem and Reymundo Cortes came and fixed it in 5 minutes. I had 3 other appointments to fix it and 360 sent over the Best Man finally. Keep this man or promote him to Supervisor

Technician arrived on time. Fixed the problem . Checked out our entire system to make sure nothing else was wrong. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Very professional and friendly. So glad this company can make service calls on the weekend. Definitely would recommend this company to friends and family

Anthony called ahead arrived on time did a great job and explained everything that he did.

Called as he was on his was to let us know when he expected to arrive, we discussed the issues we were having. He was very thorough checking wiring, etc. that was more than I expected. He found a couple of issues that we were not aware of. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

Our installer was very good to explain all about the new system to me.
