Technician Mark arrived within his stated time frame. Was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all instilled confidence in me by correcting errors made by a prior tech and following basic confidentiality procedures. I highly recommend that he train other technicians.

His installation knowledge and skills were excellent and we made decisions together regarding specific component placement to optimize performance. He seamlessly integrated my Liftmaster WI-FI overhead door opener to the system and made sure my Alert360 app was installed correctly. The new Alarm.com Video Doorbell with Analytics is an incredible device and was installed perfectly.
