Extremely disappointed in ALDI's. What was once a good grocery store with low prices has turned into a horrible grocery store and noonger offer low prices. Their produce is spoiled and moldy, eggs broken, milk being sold that is sour and so many products are bioengenered. They use carry a lot of great German food, and now only collies and sweeta. The customer service is horrible. If they are out of a product, they tell you it is out of season. Since when is soup, half and half or eggs out of season.I find going to Aldi's a waste of time and money. I will shop at other grocery stores that do not carry speed and moldy produce and better quality food. Do NzoT purchase any Friendly Farm food at ALDI's. I do NOT recommend Aldi"s.

The worst online service. Stay away, if you order delivery service in Manhattan, your bill jumps up and you'll be better off ordering from another store. This site is a disaster.

I went in for a job interview on Wednesday may 27th, I was a few minutes late due to traffic and also not aware where it was considering that’s not the Aldis I applied for. So when I walked in I saw the group walking around and I asked the interviewer if this was for the job and she said very rude nope your late you have to reapply. I said I’m only a few minutes late. I understand being on time but as I said I wasn’t aware of where it was and the traffic. I feel like what’s more important would be hearing about my work ethic and as far as walking the store that wouldn’t even have been the store I would have been working at, there are 5 isles in the store I could have easily learned those and I’ve worked on a dock for many years. She very much just shrugged me off and I didn’t appreciate that.

over charged for 2 packages of grapes by 2 pound, when i busted them they only gave me a partial refund. I went there for price and was overcharged plus the grapes didn't taste good. I would have been been better off with my regular store.

Great prices. Horrible customer service. The employees are extremely rude and they do not care at all. People want to save money not go home with damaged food and produce. They literally throw your stuff in the cart. They do not care. They save you money abd could care less about good customer service.

I think they need to do better with their grand openings,I feel like if people get up early to stand in line for hours to honor your grand opening 3 hours or more prior to the time of the store opening at least give those first five people $100 gift card I think it's a slap in the face for people to stand in line 3 hours for your grand opening and get a $10 gift card and a bag with cheap snacks in it, not to mention the day before your grand opening you have staff telling customers to get there early implying like the ones that gets there early will get $100 gift card just to get there and it's just $10

Store self checkout located at #010 Winchester, Virginia on Kernstown Common Blvd is unsanitary; layers of dried food (i.e., #1 and #2) are disgusting. The Public Health Dept should be made aware of the filthy conditions present at this store; if the front is like this, whose to say what the back where customers can't go looks like.

Almost every product in the store has bio-engineered food ingredients in them from bread to cereal & clancy's chips i wouldn't buy those products you should always look at the ingredients in everything you plan to buy & eat
