Shipping took way too long . You refuse to take the items back , when I had to buy from another vendor or even give me a credit $ I’ll tell all my friends & family not to purchase from you

We can see that your order took 7 days to ship when we state on the listing that it can take 5 to 10 business days so we were right in the middle of our promised ship by window.
