Ready to Ship but not in US..long wait
They sell and advertise items that say they are available and ready to ship but from where? I waited almost two months for two of the three items I ordered. I’m still waiting on the third item. The two items I received came from another country..so sure it’s ready to ship from another country but that takes time and their site is not very clear and transparent about that. That being said the quality of their items is good. It’s the second time I’ve ordered from them. First order was just as slow. They take 100 percent of your payment when you order with no clear or even estimated time about shipment They do send a silly email about a week after your order saying something like I’m working hard to perfect your order etc etc Again once I receive my items I’m happy but the wait time is long and could negate disputing a credit charge if you never receive your item

Hi Jeanne, I appreciate your understanding that sometimes, even when items are in stock, they don't ship the same day. We are also working on improving our inventory status when an item is in stock but in a European warehouse vs. a US-based warehouse. That has been a challenge we are actively working on.
