Rug looked nothing like the one…
Rug looked nothing like the one pictured on website (I actually checked to see if the right rug was shipped), but I’m still responsible for the return shipping. I read your message. I can guarantee you that even from afar or different angles it looked nothing like the rug pictured. It’s poor customer care when you completely negate my opinion.

We're so sorry that you weren't happy with your rug Christine. We do mention that dye lots of rugs and textiles can vary slightly. We looked at the photo you provided with the close-up photo of the rug on our listing and they do look identical. I can see where the pulled back image may look a bit darker because of lighting however they look to be the exact match. Everyones eyes may read it different, however, if it was a dramatic difference of course we would have waived any return shipping or restocking fees.
