The chair that was "in stock ready to ship" was cancelled after I waited 60 days for it. They said they can't get the chair but it's still listed on their web site. I do wonder if my order was cancelled because I got it on sale? The whole experience is terribly disappointing.

Product quality was great and once the product shipped the 3rd party shipping was fabulous. The Alchemy customer service was less than desirable. Product was to take 2-3 weeks to ship it said. No updates ever. I reached out 4 times. No response. Finally I reached someone by phone on try 5. They said that product was supposed to ship in another week. Another week went buy it was delayed because there was no carrier available. I asked for an update. No response again. Finally carrier picked up delivery and they were great. Updating every day even. If you order from here don’t expect any call backs or updates

I had a very simple process of shopping, placing and order and was always replied to promptly and politely from their customer support team. We’re loving our new bedroom set and would definitely shop with them again.

I’m a designer and always love working with the Alchemy team as they go above and beyond to help suggest pieces for my project as well as coordinate specific install dates. A great team and amazing, high quality pieces!

They sell and advertise items that say they are available and ready to ship but from where? I waited almost two months for two of the three items I ordered. I’m still waiting on the third item. The two items I received came from another country..so sure it’s ready to ship from another country but that takes time and their site is not very clear and transparent about that. That being said the quality of their items is good. It’s the second time I’ve ordered from them. First order was just as slow. They take 100 percent of your payment when you order with no clear or even estimated time about shipment They do send a silly email about a week after your order saying something like I’m working hard to perfect your order etc etc Again once I receive my items I’m happy but the wait time is long and could negate disputing a credit charge if you never receive your item

Hi Jeanne, I appreciate your understanding that sometimes, even when items are in stock, they don't ship the same day. We are also working on improving our inventory status when an item is in stock but in a European warehouse vs. a US-based warehouse. That has been a challenge we are actively working on. We appreciate your business and understanding as we are always trying to improve on our customer experience. Best, Alchemy Fine Home
