You were very prompt in your responses. We chose your brand because of what you advertised your company as no joke a highest quality product. I’m pleasantly surprised that your service is likewise the highest standard as well.

LOVE my new sofa. I love that it's made in the USA and for a reasonable price. I got the leather option and it's gorgeous. The white-glove delivery was also worth the price.

We have been thrilled by the whole experience with our new sofa. The white glove delivery was excellent, the comfort and quality of the sofa has far exceeded our expectations, and the price was surprisingly affordable. The fact that the performance velvet we chose is made of recycled materials was what ultimately made our decision for us. Care has been easier than I could have expected, and it is much more comfortable than I expected. It was on the firm side when it was first assembled, but it has softened up a bit and feels just right now. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase!

Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that every part of your experience—from white glove delivery to comfort, quality, and value—exceeded your expectations. It’s especially meaningful to know that our recycled performance velvet played a role in your decision. We love creating pieces that are not only beautiful and comfortable, but also more mindful of the environment. And we’re glad to hear your sofa has settled in to that “just right” feel! Thank you again for choosing Albany Park—we truly appreciate your support and are so happy you’re loving your new sofa.

We've had our Kova Pillow Cushion L-Shape + Ottoman for about 3 months. The dark teal performance velvet reads more dark green in our space, which I personally prefer. The sofa is insanely comfortable, huge in the best way, and has become my favorite place to lounge and soak up the day on weekends (I was NEVER a sofa-dweller prior to this! It's actually a problem some days because I don't want to get up!) Definitely spring for the storage ottoman. I love the storage space and it is huge! Worth noting we have a small home + living room. We were worried it would really shrink our space, but it has made it so cozy, delightful, and inviting. I live with my husband and cat, and so far haven't noted any wear. The velvet is easy to lint roll, vacuum, or brush cat fur off. Cat does get the zoomies, and there is a surface-level scratch on the velvet from a lap around the living room. But it isn't very noticeable on the dark fabric (and let's be honest, the cat runs this house, so who cares!) The order, delivery, and set up process was mostly seamless except for one notable issue: the hinges of one of our pieces were a few inches off when trying to slide the top into the bottom. It was very obviously a mistake during manufacturing, as none of the other pieces were a struggle to fit together at all. Not wanting to go through the hassle of customer service/fees/return shipping etc, we lightly knocked it into place with a rubber mallet. While difficult and time consuming, it worked, and so far no ill-effects have been noted. I was skeptical to purchase an expensive (to me) sofa online, sight unseen, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. If you are on the fence, consider your fabric and color wisely, order the samples, and make good choices that fit your home! Personally I would order from Albany Park again.

Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed review—we loved reading this! We’re thrilled to hear how much you’re enjoying your Kova, especially that it’s turned you into a full-time sofa lounger. The dark teal velvet looking even better in your space and the ottoman storage being a win in a smaller living room are exactly the kind of experiences we hope for. We also really appreciate you calling out the assembly issue you ran into. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and we’re sorry you had to deal with that—even though we’re glad you were able to make it work. If you ever run into anything like that again, our team is always here to help make it right without the hassle. It’s great to hear the fabric is holding up well—even with a zooming cat in charge 🐾—and that maintenance has been easy. Thanks again for trusting us with such an important piece in your home. We’d love to have you back anytime!

JUST WOW!! Best experience purchasing online without seeing this couch in person. I trusted the reviews and wasn't disappointed! I purchased the Kova corner sectional in olive green. I ❤️ it so much. Comfortable and looks expensive. Great quality! The white glove service was excellent and I recieved my order in less than 2 weeks.
