I wish I read all the negative reviews…
I wish I read all the negative reviews before I decided to purchase from them. I agree with the others, they have the worst customer service. They will try to do anything from replacing your item.

Ok couch, horrible company. Absolutely no communication. Received order confirmation email and then nothing. No shipping notice, estimated timeframe, follow up, delivery confirmation etc. Had to reach out to customer service to get tracking info. Delivery window was 7-1, showed up at 4:30 & pieces were damaged. Can’t leave a review on their website. Would never buy from them again.

We ordered the Albany Park sectional. It was delivered within about 3 weeks. The boxes and packaging arrived in the worst state I've ever seen. Ripped boxes, huge holes, packing tape torn off and parts of the sofa coming out. The packaging looked like it had been deliberately destroyed and mangled. So, of course, two of the six pieces were damaged. Albany Park sent a replacement and same story -- ripped and torn boxes and the worst packaging. And the replacement pieces were of course damaged. So, Albany Park sends out a second replacement package. Exactly the same story -- torn, ripped and destroyed boxes and barely any interior packaging. The UPS driver said it was "the worst packaging he'd ever seen" and that he was "embarrassed to deliver it". He even encouraged us to refuse the delivery because that was well within our rights given the heavily damaged box and packaging. Awful. After multiple replacement deliveries, one finally made it that did not have damage. Albany Park customer service was fairly responsive and sent out replacements without much fuss (I took a ton of pictures as evidence). That said, by the third replacement, they offered us a measly $75 to accept a damaged arm rest on a $2,000 couch. Rude. I ordered a new couch, not a damaged one. Why would I accept a puny $75 off for a damaged arm rest? Ridiculous. I recommend doing yourself a favor and avoiding Albany Park or their sister company Edloe Finch. Worst packaging I've ever seen, honestly.

I ordered a Kova sectional from them in August 2022. First, it took forever for them to process the order. Then it took a while for it to be delivered. I reached out to customer service to cancel and was told it had already been shipped but a few days prior I was told it wasn't processed. They offered a whole $75 credit for the inconvenience on an item that costs $2k. Amazing... I took possession of it when it finally arrived. I was relatively pleased with the sofa so I decided to order additional pieces to make it larger. Please another order and customer serviced reached out to tell me they changed manufacturers so the pieces won't match what I've already got. WHO CHOOSES A MANUFACTURER WHO CAN'T MATCH THE PREVIOUS SPECS?? That defeats the whole purpose of buying a mod sofa, in my opinion. So, I ended up cancelling the armless part but went ahead to order an ottoman because that's the only piece that wasn't affected. I placed that order one week ago. I still haven't received confirmation the order was processed. I emailed CS to check on it and was told there would be another 5-10 business days before it would actually ship. ON WHAT PLANET DOES IT TAKE THAT LONG?? It isn't custom. I tried to give them another chance and they've proven they aren't a good company from which to buy. I asked them to cancel my order. So, I'll be selling my sofa on Facebook Marketplace and getting a new mod sectional from a company who can actually fulfill orders in a timely fashion and will have additional parts if need be. Stay far away from these people.

I ordered the KOVA sectional couch in green as it had such high reviews on their site. The couch is absolutely horrendous to sit on. In between each section it’s hard as a rock and you have to have another pillow in order to feel comfortable. Turns out that they monitor those reviews on their website. When I went to leave my review and asked for a refund, it was never posted. They also never returned my emails or calls about my return within my 30 day moneyback guarantee. This is the worst couch I’ve ever sat on. The colors not like the photos online and they refused to contact me back about my return. It’s a scam for all I’m concerned and now I’m stuck with the couch until I can resale it. But I doubt anyone who sits on it in person will want to buy it.

Quite possibly the worst company of all time. Terrible in terms of quality and customer service. Since buying, I have stumbled on a ton of negative reviews. I wish I had seen prior to purchasing. BUYER BEWARE!!!

1. GLAD I discovered this space. This site need crowd, because I wish I discovered it before opening my wallet. 2. I purchased my Albany Sofa in emerald green last Sept. for my new apartment. It was 2 weeks delayed; it wasn't until I requested to cancel my order that a tracking number was emailed to me. 3. The items arrived in 2 separate packaging delivered over 2 days - meaning I was unable to assemble my items until the 2nd package arrived. 3. Quality is trash - I mean DO DO! 4. Customer service is subpar if not down right useless. 5. They block negative commentary on Instagram - there was even a IG page that was initiated to warn the public - I assumed they used powers to shut them down :( 6. I am so disappointed because I was considering Joybird before I discovered this company and purchased because they touted being BIPOC owned. I LOATHE them because I hate to waste my hard earned money. I can not believe they have not improved (well I can - because they are generate massive profit given the subpar quality).

I have the same story, no communication from customer service, still do not have my chair. No notice of shipment was sent to me. Delivery was attempted before I knew I had to be here in person to sign and to receive it. I called customer service (they told me to check my spam folder as if it is 2002 and we all do not know to check a spam folder) and all I got back was an email asking me if my phone number was correct --- they did not call, just an email asking me if it was correct. There were problems with delivery they could have eliminated and I heard nothing back. I have called and emailed. All communication is set up to waste your time and add days and weeks --- they hope you give up. They are playing a time game for your money and are not in the furniture business.
