Do not purchase anything from this company! The couches are low quality and NOT worth the cost. We purchased a Kova couch from Albany Park I completely regret it, there is no support at all and I’m constantly having to “fix” the couch cushions/fluff them. I also believe this company cherry picks reviews or falsifies reviews in order to elevate their “star” status. The company claims this is not true, however I was unable to locate my review (which was not a four stars and constructively critical) which tells me otherwise. Definitely not worth the money at all…I feel scammed. Stay away buyer beware!!

The couch itself? Great. However, it arrived with the entire backpiece missing from the sectional. I contacted customer service and they immediately blamed this on the shipping company. Rather than doing their best to make it right, I felt like I had to BEG for them to send me the missing piece. Even then, I kept getting handed off to another individual within the company yet no one would supply me with any sort of resolution or update on this missing piece. If I didn't email them every so often, they would not be going out of their way to update me. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I received and it's very clear that this is not one of the company's core values. I needed my sectional fully assembled for my daughters first birthday party and stated this multiple times, only for the piece to finally ship out but won't arrive until over a month since the original delivery. Fingers crossed it actually comes considering customer service doesn't seem inclined to help.

Great except the part where they don't deliver all the pieces for your $3700 sofa, then 2 weeks later when the replacement piece is delivered it still doesn't have feet, back, or cushions, then 2 weeks and many emails later they're STILL saying "be patient" and "truth to be told, we are still keeping up with the delays in shipping out of all replacement orders." And you can't get anyone to give you an actual date when you'll receive that $524 piece of the couch you paid for. And no one will pick up the phone on their "customer service" line and you have to threaten complaints to the BBB, Attorneys General, and everyone you can reach on social media, to try and get some resolution. That part. BUYERS BEWARE.

Poor customer service and they do not stand by their value proposition that the couch is scalable now that the owner sold the business. Lifetime warranty is basically worthless.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I left a review on their site about how horrid the process and the actual couch was. They filter out reviews and PAY PEOPLE TO REVIEW THESE TERRIBLE COUCHES. The couch came damaged, stained, and we got the wrong pieces. The customer service was NO help at all. I could write you a book about how much I hate this company and how terrible it is from the service to the product. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.

My Kova pit was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday it never came. Then it was supposed to come on Friday, I wait home all day it never came. The delivery company claim they were at my house and I wasn’t home. Not true but I went outside a few times and I thought maybe they came when I was outside. Then it was supposed to come today and the same thing happened! I called them around noon to get an ETA and they said they were here at 10 AM and I wasn’t home. I’ve been sitting in my living room waiting since 8 AM. They said they’d call the driver and call me back. They never called me back and now they’re not answering. I’ve been trying to call Albany park all day and they’re not answering. I’ve wasted 3 days sitting at home waiting for this sofa to be delivered. I have no idea if I’ll ever get my sofa at this point.

Terrible customer service and they don't stand behind their products. The couch arrived damaged by the deliverer, and Albany Park offered only laughable "solutions" to try to "resolve" it. Now I am stuck with a damaged couch that I no longer want, after this terrible experience. Worse yet, the cheap quality and feel of the couch are not congruent with the high price tag. I strongly suggest buying your furniture elsewhere.

I couldn’t decide between Kova Pit and a Broyhill, which was 1/3 the price. Boy I wish I had bought the Broyhill! I paid nearly 2K for the 84” with ottoman and, after 3 days, I truly regret the Kova purchase. Very, VERY uncomfortable and absolutely NOTHING like the video. Cushions go flat. The two pieces of the sofa slide apart because they do not connect! Despite the 30 day “promise” it is impossible to return this stuff because it has to be repackaged in the original boxes. If you don’t have the boxes (who the hell kept them?) you are responsible for repacking them and they have to be in sellable condition! I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied that I’m going to complain to the Better Business Bureau for deceptive business practices!
