They were very quick to respond to my questions about replacing the cover to my back cushion on my Kova Pit sofa. I am so glad that I chose Albany Park to buy my sofa from.

No regrets…I love my couch
The best decision I ever made was shopping with Albany Park. I love my couch more every day. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. The quality of the couch is amazing and the delivery service was impeccable. I needed my shipping and delivery timeline extended and customer service was super accommodating. Best decision I’ve ever made!

Above and Beyond Service
I've had an Albany Park L-shaped sectional for six years now. It's been fantastic. I love the look, it's comfortable, and durable. I haven't had any issues with rips or stains this entire time, and I have two pets and host many guests. A few months ago, one of the center supporting legs broke off, and even though I don't think they're selling my model anymore, they gladly sent me a replacement from their warehouse. Way to go above and beyond!

We’re also glad our team was able to find a replacement leg and get you taken care of. We truly appreciate your support and hope you continue enjoying your sectional for many more years to come!

Albany Park A Company Who Cares!
I am fully behind Albany Park! Their customer service is phenomenal. I will always purchase my furniture from them. I’ve bought expensive brand name furniture in the past and their service and products do not even come close to the standard that Albany Park has set. Thank you to Albany Park for being a company that cares about their customers and the quality of their products! I can confidently say you will never regret your purchase.
