Disappointed
Had the couch for less than 6 months..it’s already sinking.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALBANY PARK! This is by far the worst retail experience of my life. if I could give them a zero stars, I would. The sofa was horribly uncomfortable and obviously poorly made (mismatched seams and threads hanging loose). I immediately called them to initiate a return and I kid you not, it took 4 months for them to come pick it up and 5 months to issue us a refund, which only happened after many emails and calls (most of which were with AI representatives that struggled to understand what I was asking for and responded in ways that made no sense). I was not ever allowed to speak to a real person on the phone, only by email with long delays. I only finally got somewhere with them when I threatened legal action and was then given 3 different answers about the amount I would be refunded, which in the end was 80% of the purchase price ($654 dollars to have a giant unusable sofa fill up my whole living room for 5 months). I can’t stress enough how horrible this whole experience was. I never leave reviews unless they are 5 stars. This is my first bad review ever. Please please don’t buy from them.

This couch is supposed to be washable. I cannot get it clean. Very disappointing.

The color was snow, which was straight gray. The customer service team gave me the run around when I wanted to exchange it. Then they told me I had missed the window, when they weren’t replying. Would not purchase from them again. The color is no where near the photos.

The furniture looks like it belongs in a doll house. The colors are not true to the pictures, and the quality is horrible. Stay away. Save your money for something worth spending it on.

During assembly we ran into imperfections in the slides leaving things uneven. The tops constantly move and clean ability is not as advertised.

We were promised White Glove service, they dumped the sections off and left.. Mt husband has a bad back and i cannot walk properly, it was excruciating! They should reach out to me! They said they would refund $150 for white glove service..thats yet to be seen. But that doesnt help my husbands back or mine. We are older people and it was not only frustrating but difficult to assemble. For older people like us..

Ordered sofa from Albany Park back in November with complimentary ‘white glove delivery’ meaning sofa should be set up and packaging removed. When I have arrived home there were three large boxes not unpacked, one of them addressed to a different customer. I immediately called the company, I have provided them all the details but have yet to receive any clear communication about when the missing piece will be delivered or the wrong piece picked up. 5 days from Christmas with a full house and nowhere to sit, unable to use living room. I’m very unhappy with this company and do not recommend using them. Update:12/30 I’m sure Aimee from Albany Park is lovely but I have little faith in any response from this company having interacted with so many of them over the last couple of weeks. We had to manage all through Christmas with the incomplete sofa and the extra sofa piece taking up my the space for my car in the garage. One of Aimee’s colleague’s gave me a tracking number on 12/22 but at the time of writing it is yet to ship….. Update: the missing part eventually arrived 1/13 so the sofa is finally complete. However I had to wait in for the original shipping company to pick the wrongly delivered piece up. No compensation offered for inconvenience over Christmas or the absence of ‘white glove delivery’ or the additional inconvenience of having to wait in on two additional occasions.
