The fabric stains when a warm object is on it. We’ve only had it a few months and it already has 3 rings from a warm plate and warm mugs touching the fabric.

Really wish I had avoided this company! I bought the Park Sofa, I've had it for a bit over 2 years, it is pretty but it has not held up over time. I've already had to have the cushion replaced because the first one became SO flat and unsupportive. It was a huge pain getting a replacement, they sent me two incorrect ones before finally getting the right one. It took at least a month, if not more, and I basically could not sit on my couch during that time. Also, I have to readjust the sofa CONSTANTLY. The cushion was always a touch too small, so every time I sit on it, it slides out of place a bit and isn't as comfortable until I put it back into place. It drives me insane! Not worth the $2,000+ I paid. Going forward, I will definitely look for comfort and quality over style.

We were advised from someone else that ordered a sofa from Albany Park “…for the money look elsewhere”. I wish we’d listened. The couch has 2 different hues of grey, I had to trim all of the thread due to poor finish quality (stitching was very low quality and the fabric is not properly stitched on most closures on the corners). The delivery folks were going to drop it in my driveway. My husband wasn’t home and there was no one else here to help me bring it inside so I paid them on the side to unbox and deliver (similar story to other reviewers). The cushion quality is average at best. I ordered this almost a year ago and highly doubt it will last beyond another year or so. Very disappointed. Should have listened. Thought owed it to other potential buyers to understand what they are getting themselves into. There are a lot of high quality couches out there for +$4000. Seek out another.

I want to love this couch SO badly. We have the Kova Pillow L-Shape with Ottoman. I loved it when we first got it, but only a year later and every single one of my cushions is stained past the point of remedy – they look TERRIBLE. Something happens when we wash the cushions where small stains spread and leaves the ENTIRE cushion brown/grey, instead of cream. Obviously a cream couch is hard to maintain but we are extremely careful with it and I make an effort to spot clean as soon as there is a stain. I think the material of the cushions might be defective because this is far beyond normal wear-and-tear. I am now stuck with an entirely stained couch and I paid extra for the stain-free material :-(

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the Albany Park Kova sectional. For a couch that costs over $6,000, the comfort is absolutely unacceptable. The cushions are so thin and unsupportive, it honestly feels like you're sitting directly on the frame. Within minutes of sitting down, you’ll be shifting around trying to find relief. It’s that bad. After reaching out to customer service, they did send alternative "box" cushions, but shockingly, they were even worse—firmer, flatter, and still offered no real support. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. And let’s talk about the return policy: it’s a total joke. No refunds unless you pay a 20% restocking fee, and you’re responsible for reboxing the entire sectional yourself. That’s not easy, considering the size and weight of this thing. Between the poor quality, deceptive return policy, and lackluster customer service, I deeply regret this purchase. Horrible company, and an even worse couch. Save yourself the money and headache—look elsewhere.

Title: Disappointing Quality, Filing Warranty Claim I purchased the Kova Sectional in October 2021, and it’s been nothing but a headache. The internal frame has broken in several places (invisible but easily felt), the cushions lost their support right away, and the fabric has worn down far too quickly. Looks nothing like the photos on the website. To top it off, the underside fabric on the entire sectional detached on its own and rests on the floor —this was never touched or mishandled. I’m now filing a warranty claim, but I can’t find any success stories online. I’m frustrated and really hoping Albany Park will honor their warranty. I’ll update this review based on how things go, but right now, I’m beyond disappointed. UPDATE #1: After about 10 days of back and forth... Albany Park's warranty and customer service has been quite the disappointment. For starters they are refusing to send me a written copy of their warranty policy! Second, their customer service email account is kicking back my emails with a "mailbox full" response. when the emails do get through, They are dismissing most of my complaints about quality, durability, & workmanship. Reply to Albany Park ( Update #2): Once again, you’ve failed to provide the written warranty policy I’ve explicitly requested. Redirecting me to a vague webpage is unacceptable. As per the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Albany Park is legally obligated to provide a complete copy of the warranty policy, and I expect you to do so immediately. (For everyone reading this - these are the typical responses. they make it sound nice, and do not actually provide you with anything!)

Let's start off with the good. Shipping was okay I guess. They stayed within the time frame. Delivery was kind of a mess as they tell you it's mon-fri but the people ended up coming on a Saturday so we had to waste our entire day waiting for them. We ordered the kova in velvet rust and the color is great. The material is also very nice especially if you have cats, as they do not like scratching it. And that's about it for the good. Okay now for the bad. This is the most UNCOMFORTABLE sofa I've ever sat on. I was in denial at first because it is pretty expensive and I was influenced lol. But the pillows go flat as soon as you sit on them. And they make this loud crunchy sound because of the bag that's inside the cushion cover. I thought that maybe it would break in but no, we are almost a year into this thing and if anything it's gotten more uncomfortable. We've put more stuffing inside the cushions and are probably going to end up putting more foam in too. It is absolutely atrocious and you can forget falling asleep on it. It also looks awful after you sit on it for more than 10 seconds. It's just me, my boyfriend, and our two cats and I fluff the cushions DAILY to make it look presentable. I would not recommend this sofa if you have kids or dogs or a busy lifestyle because it just straight up looks sloppy. I was influenced to buy this sofa because they only post good reviews and I feel scammed honestly. I will never buy another sofa again without sitting on it first

Customer service is terrible. First box was delivered, damaged, without my signature. Second box was shipped to a FedEx pickup location and I had to retrieve it. Been going back and forth with the company about the damaged piece and stopped receiving responses. Couch is mediocre for the price. Don’t waste your time and money.
