While issues with missing shipments are rare, we understand how frustrating this must have been. Velvet fabrics can sometimes attract lint and pet hair, and we completely understand how challenging that can be in a home with pets especially when we advertise the fabric as pet friendly! It’s also disappointing to hear that the return packaging situation left you feeling stuck — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. What you described is not the level of quality or support we expect to deliver, especially for a product at this price point. We absolutely understand how frustrating it is to run into assembly challenges, and the production issue with the arms being incorrectly measured is unacceptable. Because each of our pieces is custom-made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation/restocking fee. This fee helps cover materials, labor, and production costs that have already been allocated to your custom piece(s). We completely understand that plans can change, and we always encourage customers to reach out as soon as possible if timing becomes a concern.
