Most beautiful couch I've ever owned, the pillow cushions move around but not excessively and easy enough to fix, super soft material, the burnt orange is stunning!

I have the kova two seater and storage ottoman with the pillow cushions in olive velvet. Delivery was awesome. The guys brought all the pieces into my apartment on the top floor. I was able to put it together all by myself and I’m a small female. Just took me awhile to get everything out of the large boxes. I had to lie down on the floor and push the pieces out with my legs and feet and actually slid into the boxes to get it out because they are quite large. I love the look of the olive velvet. It’s so soft and is 100 percent stain resistant. Anything I’ve gotten on it has wiped right off with a wet cloth. The only thing that’s a little annoying is that you do have to fluff the cushions regularly cause they get flat quickly and can become uncomfortable. I do a full reset three or 4 times a week where I strip the pillows and cushions off and fluff them and move them to different spots so the same area isn’t constantly in use and I turn my ottoman around. And I do have to use a lint brush on it every single day, sometimes multiple times a day because it collects pet hair and lint and dust horribly and I keep my apartment spotless and my dog doesn’t really shed. It’s just a magnet for literally everything so maybe keep that in mind if you’re considering velvet. I would imagine the chenille would do the same. Overall I’m pretty happy with it. It’s a lot of upkeep for a couch though with the constant fluffing and lint brushing it so if you aren’t wanting to spend time on the the maintenance to keep it comfortable and looking nice maybe choose a different style.

Sofa is very beautiful, soft and comfy. Big enough for my whole family to sit on. I love it.

Love this couch! Just wish the seat cushion cover on the storage ottoman was also removable to wash (as this is ofcourse the only spot my husband somehow stained with tomato sauce lol)

Good couch worth the money. Wish the pillows where more durable in high usage areas, but nothing that rotating the pillows dosent fix. Great couch very with the purchase

Kova Pillow Cushion Sofa + Ottoman. Assembly was straight forward and easy. In a household of two small children and three animals, it cleans easy and has held up with little wear. The only minor downside is that the cushions don't hold there shape for as long as I'd like, but it's nothing a little fluffing can't fix, nor would it deter me from buying another product. The ottoman has so much storage space.

I got the Barton Lido Chaise Lounge in the Bone Performance Chenille fabric, and so far I’m really happy with it. The couch feels solid and well made. My dogs have already put the fabric to the test, and any little marks have wiped off pretty easily. The design is simple and feels like something that won’t go out of style. The frame is sturdy, but heads up: this thing is heavy. Definitely a two-person job getting it inside. Shipping was also faster than what I’ve found from other furniture companies, which was a nice surprise. The seat is a little on the firm side right now, but I imagine it’ll break in over time. The instructions didn’t perfectly match my specific setup, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. Overall, I’m pleased with it and glad I went with this one.

UPDATE 6/12/25 *** I got in contact w/ the person from Albany who reached out to me on trustpilot. The company sent out brand new cushions and covers to me. I am very pleased that Albany Park helped rectify my issue. Thank you! 4/30/25 * I’m quite disappointed in this company. I bought my Kova couch in 2023 and recall seeing a lot of hype about it being washable and pet-friendly. I washed the covers several times, and recently two of them developed a strange bubbling. I washed in cold and air dry. I emailed the company because they claimed to offer a lifetime warranty, and their website doesn’t specify what is excluded from that coverage under their warranty section, it even says “ For the first 10 years of ownership, we’ll replace your furniture with brand new Albany Park furniture at absolutely no charge to you if yours is defective in workmanship or materials.” However, they informed me that their cushion covers were not washable prior to 2024, and they won’t even send me two replacement covers. I’m not just disappointed; I’m extremely disappointed. Considering how much money we spent with their company and recommendations, I would expect them to be able to send me two new covers. My couch looks terrible, and when people come over, they will see the poor quality. I will not be purchasing from this company again and would not recommend them either.
