Albany ParkReviews of albanypark.com

I like the fabric, yet one of my cushions came with a run in it and it’s not fixable. Unfortunately we unpackaged it past the return date and we were not able to accommodate our issue. It is very comfortable, but I wish the back cushions were fluffier (we got box cushions). It also moves easily when though they lock into place (they move forward and backward easily). A thicker rug could help this issue. Overall it is a very comfortable, loungy couch which was perfect for our basement media set up.

Since you can't leave a real review on their website (the ones there seem to be from influencers), I'll do it here. I bought the Albany Park Lido sofa and have been using it for several months. First, it's stylish and beautiful. I wanted it for staging a house for sale, and it looked great in pics. Now that it's my primary sofa, I have regrets. It's too firm and uncomfortable for lounging. Definitely more suited to sitting or formal gatherings, not bingeing TV. I got the performance linen fabric, which turned out not to be stain resistant. Spot cleaning even the smallest mark just makes it worse. Assembly was frustratingly hard with one person but easy with two. Customer service was hit or miss. Although they ultimately resolved some shipping and delivery issues (cushion arrived damage), it took a lot of back and forth and they want a lot of explanation and proof through videos and pics. Overall, I wanted to love this sofa because the style is so nice, but I'll be happy to swap it out in a few years.

We were looking for a family couch and went with the Kova pit in performance velvet. Overall we are happy, but the fabric is absolutely not pet friendly and you can see scratches extremely easily (after one day of light use). I was hoping to purchase an extra cushion cover and contacted customer support several times and they are unresponsive which is disappointing.
