I love the quality, look, fabric, and comfort of all of the furniture pieces I have. I have the Kova sectional in Olive velvet and Mocha Boulce. Most recently, I ordered the Lido sofa for a more formal space.

Let me start off by saying the Kova couch is incredibly comfortable and is very family friendly for those with little ones. The pillow cushions are the perfect amount and although they do require additional fluffing every few days (keep in mind have I have 2 under 3), we absolutely love it. It’s the perfect couch to cozy up for movie nights and the modular aspect makes it super easy to reconfigure when we host during the holidays and parties. The sand basketweave is a more difficult color to keep looking pristine and I did encounter some cushions looking a different color upon arrival along with some piling, however, Albany park is sending me replacement covers for those cushions, which I so greatly appreciate. Their customer service is truly unmatched and I so greatly appreciate the care and support they provide to their customers as they really stand behind their product. As a mom having a quality product especially a couch that gets used daily is so important to me but having a company that truly cares about the satisfaction means even more. From my personal experience, I would highly recommend Albany Park. I did extensive research for months before purchasing this couch after seeing reviews online on Instagram and tik tok and I will be providing my own after my experience/ receiving the new cushion covers as I know how valuable real reviews for families looking into couches can be. I hope to be a valuable resource to others just as the reviews out there were for me! Also, shout out to Jessa in customer service for being truly so helpful during this process.

UPDATED REPLY: We really appreciate you calling out your experience with the sand basketweave and the cushion covers. While we always aim for perfection, we’re so glad we could quickly make things right and get those replacement covers on the way. I’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to Jessa — she’ll be thrilled to hear she made a difference! As a mom, your perspective is especially meaningful, and we’re so grateful you’re willing to share your honest experience with other families doing their own couch research. Reviews like yours truly help others feel confident in their decision. Thank you again for trusting us with such an important piece in your home.

I was able to order the custom sofa of my dreams seamlessly, delivery was high end in every way- and a discovered bonus. My sturdy, well-made beautiful sofa can easily be broken down and moved to any future apartment regardless of door size or multiple staircases in a van! This built to last sofa will be with me for many many years to come.

I was hesitant about spending so much on a couch but I couldn't reccomend it more. Best couch we've had.

I have owned this couch for a few months now and have been very pleased with the couch overall. Not only is it quite comfy, but it has held up in both its shape and appearance. This has been by far one of my favorite couches, especially in comfort. I would buy again.
