The pre- and post-delivery communications were clear, relevant and timely. The two gentlemen who delivered and set up my Kova Box Cushion L-Shape were very professional and friendly. They worked quickly and carefully to assemble and place my sofa exactly where I wanted it. They also carefully removed all boxes and packing materials. This was a fantastic furniture experience from start to finish. The sofa is amazing. Thank you!
