AlaskaCruises.comReviews of alaskacruises.com

Sherief, Mia, Shanelle and everyone we had communication with were very helpful, supportive and informative! Thank you for everything!!

Kathy was an excellent travel agent providing valuable information and following through in a supportive and thorough manner. She made an extra effort to understand my trip goals and provided her expertise to help us design a quality cruise trip. I was also very impressed that Kathy had been to Alaska and could provide me with all of the details I needed to keep in mind as my wife and I planned the trip. Kathy was excellent and a very good representative of AlaskaCruises.com. She is very knowledgeable and a great resource for designing an amazing cruise.

We booked to Alaska on a rail and sail with you company and had a very excellent transaction and very good service. Now we have booked again for New England. All is well. Sabrina your the best.

Too much unnecessary information given, made booking confusing and too long.

I have been trying to book an Alaskan Cruise for 4 adults for July of 2020 and have had a heck of a time getting this accomplished. Thank you Lori Doerr

The total was suppose to be right around $3400 after taxes and port fee but it ended up over $3700! They charged me the $300 for the insurance but never actually gave it to me

Great Customer service so far. Hope it continues.

The cruise counselor was extremely helpful and courteous. Explained details of the cruise and get what we wanted.
