Maggie is such a nice person while at the same time being professional. She helped us book 3 rooms together. Maggie explains options for us and her excitement in telling us about the cruise made us want to go yesterday! Thank you Maggie. I look forward to speaking with you again. Virginia

Ian is always prompt with his replies for price quotes or questions, seems to be very knowledgeable. Gets us good rooms and deals on the ship

Great service, and my agent Leanne was the best! She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly all wrapped-up in one! Helped me not only thru the confusing aspects of my cruise credit due to cancellation this year, but also helped me understand and book a different one next year that will be even better! Thank you,
JERRY F.

Very good advice and customer service.

Poor communication. They do not contact you at all prior to final payment being due, they want you to lose your deposit. In fact you will get nothing from them after your initial confirmation emails. Horrible business practices.

Hello Annmarie. We apologize that you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. Please understand that your agent did attempt to assist you and arrange the best possible offer with the cruise line. We do hope that we will be able to serve you again.

My agent contacted the cruise line and efficiently handled my cruise credit to apply to a cruise one year away.
