Sherief was wonderful and worked hard to get us what we needed. Thanks.

Was browsing online, AlaskaCruises.com had the best prices. I received a phone call from a representative, very friendly and knowledgeable. That you for helping me make my choice!

Mia was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and helping us book our cruise. I was not home at the time, and my husband was, but she held our cruise and cabin while we decided via telephone if it was the cruise for us!

Andrea was very helpful when I made my arrangements. She called back promptly with extra information for me.

on line information made it easy to complete. I had a couple items/questions day after reserving and staff were helpful as well.

Ian Simmons is the best travel agent I’ve ever had to plan my vacations. I was little apprehensive at first if it was going to work out because it was kinda a last minute plan for us. But Ian came to the rescue, assured me that he would take care of everything and I need not worry about anything. So I stopped worrying and let Ian do his job planning our cruise. We will be sailing in a couple weeks very excited. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone. Thank you Ian Simmons for making our first Alaskan Cruise a memorable one.

Elaine was so patient and fun helping me figure this all out. We have not been on a cruise before and trying to plan this on my own was overwhelming. I felt too uneducated to make a good choice. Elaine filled in the blanks and spent a lot of extra time explaining little (and big) details. Now booked and can’t wait to go. Thanks Elaine!
