We had an excellent experience. Lily Shapiro was great. Very helpful and always a pleasure to talk with. She did a great job with a difficult situation. We would use your service again if the opportunity arises.

Our experience with Montana (our agent) has been excellent from the moment we began to make decisions about our tour on the phone and in the initial follow-up contacts we have had with her. We could not be more satisfied with the customer service we are receiving from AlaskaCruises!

Kathy did a very nice job, was very helpful in making sure we had everything we requested and best location for cabin ☆

She made it very easy.

I had the good fortune to get Eric whom was the most knowledgable travel agent that I've ever dealt with. Whatever I asked for, he was able to get, plus more. He made the entire experience enjoyable and am looking forward to booking the hotel and transportation back and forth to the ship through him. He's a wonderful travel agent!! Sincerely Margie Pragoff

Recently booked an Alaskan cruise and am so very well pleased with the outstanding customer service we received. Courteous, friendly, helpful staff. Made the booking process go very smoothly. Lily, our booking agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Alaska Cruises. Great experience

Rachel Lovanko is terrific? She is so knowledgeable

Our travel advisor, Rebecca, was so friendly and professional. And was patient with our many questions about everything regarding our Alaskan cruise in 2020. She was so quick to respond to our calls and emails. I can't thank her enough for her help now, and I'm sure in the future before our ship sails..
