I keep losing connection with the alarm…
I keep losing connection with the alarm due to poor wireless in my area. I get constant emails and calls regarding the lack of communication. The system is of NO value to me like this. It is also no intuitive. I cannot get beeping noises to stop. I am extremely unhappy. I was sold a bill of goods

If you own your alarm system
If you own your alarm system, I don't know why you would use any other alarm monitoring company. From day one, the customer service at Alarm Relay has been excellent. The monitoring has been superb. Everytime we have triggered the alarm accidentally, they call within 30 seconds. Plus their tech support is very knowledgeable. I recommend Alarm Relay to anyone who asks.
