I'd like to give 4.5 stars
I'd like to give 4.5 stars - but you can't do that unfortunately. I am for the most part highly satisfied with this company. The prices can't be beat. The people are helpful when you call in, if you have to call in. They walk you through changing everything from another alarm company to theirs. The only issue I have is tying to figure out why there is always a battery trouble alarm. They had me change the battery - that doesn't seem to help. They are unable to walk me through anything else. They are supposed to be able to walk you through anything, but in this case - not so. However, I am staying with them because I am otherwise highly satisfied.

Very satisfied customer
We have been Alarm Relay customers for two years and are very pleased with the service provided. Everyone we have spoken to is polite & courteous. When we have triggered the alarm, they call within a minute. We would recommend Alarm Relay to anyone interested in an excellent company to monitor their alarm.

Phone app doesn't always work and I…
Phone app doesn't always work and I have to click on it several times for it to go to Armed Away, it keeps wanting to go Armed Stay. Will not renew when contract expires
